Review of Creed (2015) by Al S — 23 Feb 2016
This was the best film I saw this year. It's gritty and delightfully shabby, has a towering performance by Stallone and is fiercely original despite it being a remake. It's a fresh take on living in this world.
The fact that it wasn't nominated as best film or best director is a sign that something is rotten in the state of Denmark. Fix this,Oscar, or become irrelevant.
