Review of Creation (2009) by Adam W — 06 Jul 2010
I was expecting a dramatized biography of the life of Charles Darwin. The historical environment of 100 or so years ago would be something I'd usually go for but, the majority of the film seemed to deal with his dead daughter.
Jumping around the timelines at random intervals combined with dream sequences did not make for an enjoyable film. I have to admit I was very lost at times. The only redeemable quality was Jennifer Connelly and her superb acting as a Darwin's devout Christian Wife.
