Review of Crazy, Stupid, Love. (2011) by Kyle C — 26 Jul 2015
Not being a Steve Carrell fan, I was kind of surprised at how good he was in this, actually, there was good chemistry between everyone, especially Ryan Gosling & Emma Stone. The movie itself is being advertised as a comedy/drama, but, it is actually a drama/comedy.
The drama is more of a dominant figure than the comedy is, although, the comedy is quite good when it is there. The story is about love, and what love does to you, and that you should never give up on the one that you love.
All of these stories come full circle at one point, and hilarity ensues. It was a little more disappointing than I thought it would be, but it is still enjoyable enough to RECOMMEND.
