The suggestion that, if a woman you're pursuing tells you repeatedly that she's not interested and that you're making her feel uncomfortable, it means you just need to try harder to win her over, is questionable and problematic.

Otherwise, this is a good, fun movie full of talented people acting off each other in a way that's always great to watch. Marisa Tomei overdoes it a bit, though.
