Review of Crazy Rich Asians (2018) by Joshua B — 11 Sep 2018
When I saw the first trailer I thought to myself "this is the knda movie I would never ever see in my life!". However when the movie came out I took a girl that I like to see it expecting a comedy.
What I got was a Romcom drama (not saying that's bad). The movie was a spectacle. Beautiful scenary, camerawork, acting, and still some genuinely funny moments with a beautiful message of being yourself.
I wouldn't watch it again, but I will always remember this movie as being the first romcom I ever watched.
