Been waiting forever for this film to come out, and it was well worth the wait. As an Asian American who has watched Hollywood completely trash the idea of Asian representation in cinema - whether it be through whitewashing or misrepresentation of culture and stereotypes, Crazy Rich Asians is an attempt to heal all the wounds of the past.

Not only is this film revolutionary in its completely Asian cast and film crew, but its storyline and representation of cultural values was just as monumental. Impressive all the way through. I'm rooting for everyone who was a part of this film and pray that this is just the beginning of their mark in cinematic history.
