Jeff Bridges is mesmerizing and has the perfect voice for an alcoholic, aging country music star. The soundtrack is worthy of the Oscar it won and the supporting cast has no weak link. Who knew Colin Farrell could sing country? Who knew Maggie Gyllenhaal could be so lovely?
