Its's the story if a country and folk singer who battling to cope the career taking a nose dive whilst all those around him have gone on to success and fame.

He battles with his demons and personal problem's, including his drinking problem.

Along the way he finds love in the form of Maggue Gyllenhaal, but it doesnt run as smooth as he would like.

Its decent enough, and Bridges gives a good performance, but it's very bleak and at times dull.
