Review of Crazy Heart (2009) by Lornas — 28 Feb 2010
A terrific character study from Jeff Bridges,in which he gets inside the skin of Bad Blake.Even the songs fit him perfectly. The one negative about this film,unfortunately,is a big one.It is the unconvincing love story,made worse by the cute kid storyline.
More of Colin Farrell's character would have been more interesting,plus adding more to our understanding of Bad.
