Totally stupid and hilarious. Nothing is surprising or really that interesting, but the whole thing is carried by Neveldine and Taylor's relentless enthusiasm and the unintentional laughs. Crank 2 is consistently amusing and enjoyable, even if it is a complete retreading of the original film.
Low-brow cinema at it's most grueling and unpleasant.
