Hyperactive and ridiculously fun. If you like you action cartoony and raw you can't go wrong. What is often overlooked is the film making craft of Neveldine & Taylor who throw everything at the screen and mix things up constantly to keep you invested and entertained.
. total bloke movie.. but far from cheap in its conception and execution.
