Completely nonsensical, gratuitously mindless, morally vapid, and intentionally despicable fun. Absolutely stupid and hilarious. The over-the-topness of 80s action movies on hyperdrive. Everything Michael Bay defenders claim Michael Bay movies are, except this one is actually entertaining and competently made, with high energy and creativity in the place of incomprehensible editing and corporate whoring.
