Review of Cradle Will Rock (1999) by Craig G — 06 Sep 2007
An extremely impressive cast playing an equally impressive group of people. The film starts off very strongly with everyone's introduction and some great "not quite" musical segments featuring Hank Azaria.
As the film goes on though, it starts acting more important than it actually is. The Norman Rockefeller/Diego Rivera conflict is much better realized in the later film "Frida." Worth seeing, but didn't pull through as completely as I hoped it would.
