Very, very cheesy. Done seemingly only for shock value, it delivers nothing more. There is really no story to follow, just random seens of weirdness and exaggerated violence. Sure the gore is cool for any hard core horror lovers, but it's only there for it's own sake, and offers no value to any part of any "story".
If you decide to watch it, skip through the crap and check out the gore scenes...the only thing good about this movie.
