Review of Cradle 2 the Grave (2003) by Melissa V — 22 May 2010
Film that seems to be geared towards enhancing DMX's music/acting career at the time, the fight scenes, girls, cars and guns tick all the Chav/Rudeboy boxes. If you can stand the bad acting, cliched script and predictable lines ("X marks the spot") it is a watchable film with fight scenes (mainly with Li) keeping the film in suspense.
DMX could no wrong at this point, with 'X Gone Give it to ya' making top 10 in most countries. He has been in decline ever since, the end result being Jail. Watchable, if you are a DMX fan.
