Oh man. I have to stop watching movies like this. Just a thought, I have a feeling that a good part of why I didn't like this movie is purely just my personal preference/taste in movies i.e. it's just not the type of movie I like. Therefore, I don't actually have a lot of reasons for giving it a low rating and if the trailer looks interesting to you, you should probably ignore this review and just watch the movie for yourself.
That aside, I overall just wasn't all that interested during the movie. I was kind of bored and felt like overall it was rather pointless. I guess you could argue that the movie is about their characters and not exactly about a story/conflict, and usually I like movies with strong characters but...I dont know...this one just didn't do anything for me.
The acting was good, and the photography (especially the underwater stuff) was beautiful. Still, it's just not my kind of movie.
What did this movie teach me? Juno Temple is gorgeous.
