A specialized courier seeks revenge on a criminal organization when his partner and wife are killed in brutal fashion. This courier 'delivers' death and destruction despite repeated pleas by family and friends to just let the police handle it.
Strictly amateurish obscure production from Oregon with major continuity problems and the thinnest of plots usually involving a series of black and white photographs documenting the next man up in the chain of the criminal organization to kill.
