Much better than I thought it would be. There's still some wooden acting to look past, and it feels a tad long at times. But for the most part the writing in the movie is very good. It rises above most "Christian" movies by not giving in to trite, easy, happy-ending answers.
It's also surprisingly emotionally effective. The folks at Sherwood continue to get better with every movie they make.
