Review of Courageous (2011) by John C — 22 Mar 2013
Courageous is definitely one of those movies where you have to disregard the critics, and go with the mob. While not a "Hollywood"-level production, the stories and the message are exactly what's needed at a time when divorce is destroying families across the nation at an epidemic-like rate. Additionally, even where there is a man in the home, all too often everything except what's truly important is prioritized ahead of being a husband and a father.
Go see this movie to be inspired, convicted and encouraged. Go to see this movie to learn just how important it is to be Courageous.
Fathers, and any man who aspires to be a father one day, please go to see this movie. Take your wife, and be challenged together. Bring your children so they can appreciate the awesome responsibility it is to be a father.
See this movie. You won't be disappointed. Oh, and don't forget the Kleenex!
