I think Christian movies have a tendency to focus on a message more than going into the subtlety of acting. Its different to watch a movie that is deep in family values & focusses more on a attitude than a style.

At its core 'Courageous" is a movie with a message and the message is a good one, it does make you think about the role you play in your own family & whether you are doing all that you can to be the best that you can.

That being said, if your after a feel good movie with a message.... look no further.
