An unlikely blend of raw emotion and a sense of humor that works, Kendrick's "Courageous" is an exceptional film. The Biblical messages on display here are treated with earnest respect, and the character development is right-on.
It's also worth saying that this is Pastor Kendrick's finest work to date (as a director, that is).
