Truly painful. I feel the Christian movie industry will never gather any real speed as they are too afraid or think it would be inappropriate to include the realities of the subjects they tackle. It feels totally fake not only because the major reason mentioned above, but also because the cast just isn't talented enough or isn't convinced themselves that the script has any notion of real life.
The only people who will enjoy this are sheltered Christians who are out of touch with the mainstream culture or Christians who are desperate for anything remotely Christian in the film world.
