Review of Courage Under Fire (1996) by Susan J — 06 Mar 2010
Wonder what took me so long to see this movie. Outstanding! Simply shows that the best man for the job is a woman. Captain Karen Walden did not only show courage but the real essence of leadership. a must see film, enjoyed it very much although at first I thought it was just another war movie, it transcends the gender bias and showed that a woman even in the most difficult circumstance can control unruly subordinates, its just that those ingrates choose to save their lives first but their conscience caught up with them.
Guilt made the culprit kill himself.
