Review of Courage Under Fire (1996) by Buggy B — 14 Jan 2014
Enthralling storyline which is made more interesting because "the crew" each has a different version of what really happened. Excellent performances from Lou Diamond Phillips and a painfully emaciated Matt Damon.
The battle scenes felt kinda cheesy (special effects wise) and Meg Ryan was terrible, just painful to watch as Capt. Walden. Still a great film, despite. 05.13 (2) "When a female soldiers (Meg Ryan) candidacy for the medal of honor is reviewed by a Lt Colonel (Denzel Washington), his quest reveals conflicting versions of the story from her crew.
