The whole movie is like having a friend tell you a joke and then walk off before delivering the punch-line. Then, of course, there are the odd side plots that go absolutely nowhere.
If you ask me, I think the director and producers needed a vacation. They decided to "make a movie" while on vacation so that the studio could foot the bill.
