Review of Country Strong (2010) by Roshan C — 26 May 2011
Country Strong is a disjointedly cliched pretentious musical full of truly atrocious music and diabolical acting. Gwyneth Paltrow is unthinkably drab in the lead role while Tim McGraw and Garrett Hedlund are so ineffective we end up laughing at them making a fool of themselves.
Simply awful.
