Nuclear bombs come in 3 ways: 1. Buy [from legitimate govâ(TM)ts or rogue generals of a broken govâ(TM)t], 2. Steal [âKhintsagov deal] 3. Build [money, fission experts, etc]. Nuclear disasters come in 3 ways: 1.
Miscalculation [a false alarm due to system anomaly that provokes a retaliatory response] 2. Accidents [1968 USS Scorpion], 3. Madness [a despot, dictator, terrorist, etc]. if an all out nuke war erupted, how can it be stopped? This film makes u think about & fear nukes.
