Sometimes boring, sometimes frighteningly interesting.
This movie does not just look at how many there are, or the dangers of nuclear weapons. Yet it also takes a look at some of the countries that are now trying to get nuclear weapons.
The flaw in the cloth is that it touches upon nothing someone who lived through any real part of the cold war already knew. Perhaps the early 30's and younger, who were small children just born, or not yet alive, perhaps they will get more out of this.
