I understand all the dislike for this film. It's one of those films, either you hate it(most viewers will) or you'll love it. I personally loved this dialoge driven mess of a film that actually comes off being unintentionally humorous and so bad that I loved it all.
It is for sure Cronenbergs worst film since M. Butterfly, although, I enjoyed how bad it was, and I can see a strage cult following for this one in the future. I can also see myself liking it a lot more with multiple views.
