Review of Cosmopolis (2012) by Geraldo G — 11 Mar 2013
Cosmopolis has some quite good direction out there, if only it could come in instead...Much of the film has a clumsy progression, bad transition, stupid and uncomprensible actions and situations, terrible morality and sporadic overcome.
Robert Pattinson is lifeless, so is his characterization; the novel had a more deeper Eric. Much of the movie has things I don't understand, much of the events are weird and creppy at times; I don't think the movie nor the novel were about that.
Ultimately, Cosmopolis is a bad film, a really bad one that had an interesting premise but lacks any charm or understanding, a total waste of time.
