This is goldberg as her most affecting. and her most empowered. she has many of her favorite co-players like the fabulous jenifer lewis near by and a fairly strong romantic lead in ray liotta. and she has some great interaction with little tina majorino.
it is alternately sweet, comic and very emotionally satisfying.
