I almost hate to rate this, because by any thinking human being's standards, this movie is horrible. And yet...and yet. And yet I laughed. What does that say about me? I don't know. (Or, maybe more importantly, I don't want to know.).
I will qualify this entire "review" by saying the part with the cocaine and the dog is what sold me. I fully admit the weakness of that statement.
