Review of Coraline (2009) by Victoria S — 12 Sep 2012

Stunning animation, suprisingly good story, and great characters make this excellent film well woth your time. The very first time I saw this was in 3D, and it literally blew my mind. I did not find it creepy at all, infact, it benefitted from its aspect of spectaculer usage of thrills and chills.

I've seen this movie more than 20 times, and it still ranks as one of the best films ever made. I recommend watching this more than once just to capture the animations in the backgrounds and sets, the difference would be astonishing.

Trust me when I confidently say that this masterpiece is among the very best. I apllaud the directer and the writers for telling an engagingly atmospheric work of art.
