Review of Copper Canyon (1950) by Allan C — 19 Sep 2015
Ray Milland is oddly cast as an old west magician and trick shot artist who gets caught up in a town feud between ex-US soldiers and ex-rebel soldiers, which mostly revolves around a copper mine. Hedy Lamarr plays the town femme fetal, which was the main reason I watched this film.
The film does have some good action, which you'd expect from director John Farrow, and Lamarr is good as always, but the film is overall a pretty average western.
