The writing is good to a degree, only reason why it's a 3 star is because of the few points in this movie that are funny but outside of that. Honestly its a hammy movie, Kevin needs to stick to his jersey films or make movies with that kind of character.
Doesn't mean you bring back Silent Bob and Jay (though it wouldn't hurt) but the same kind of attitude. This movie is Kevin Smith trying to do something looks like is out of his expertise. It's like Slayer trying to do hip hop.
