The dumbest buddy-cop movie of all time, and unfortunately, the worst Kevin Smith movie ever made. It's just offensively dull, cliched and scattershot. However, I give credit to Tracy Morgan for trying with all his might to salvage this mess into something remotely funny.
He didn't succeed, but he tried.
