It's not as easy cleaning up the town like everyone thinks.especially when the town has many crooked people that won't follow the law's obediance. This movie is very insightful in every way.
The cast and crew create a tense unpleasant feeling about dealing with corruption and one's self at the same moment or time. Every time I watch this. I pick up more insights that I didn't catch the first time I watched it.
