So you've got something against Stallone, think he's a bad actor? Well for any sceptics, give this cop drama a viewing and it will sure change your mind. Sly is a damn fine actor as proven here playing a half broken man emotionally tormented by which path he should take as he controls Copland, where there seemingly is no law, on the right side of the law.
Powerful dialogue and a satisfying, not too Hollywood ending.
