Review of Cop Land (1997) by Bassel H — 24 Sep 2008
A powerful cast doesn't quite measure up to greatness but there is a lot of greatness in this. Stallone redeems himself after all of his bullshit as a partially deaf Jersey cop who sheriffs over a town filled with cops from bourg New York.
DeNiro,Liotta, and Keitel are awesome in this. Drags at points but it is worth checking out for a good drama.
