Slow building pot boiler. With Sly Stallone (putting in the grittiest role of his career) as the simple non confrontational sheriff in a town full of Cops. Not the easiest group to police.... But Sly soon finds that no one is above the law.
A film that deserved a much bigger audience but never got it. It's a shame. But that's the way it goes.
