Cop Land is the story about the NYPD and how corrupt they were. One New Jersey sheriff exposes and busts these crooked cops.
You would think this movie is Japanese for all the lack of action. The last five minutes are exciting, but other than that you can sleep through it.
Like boring movies. Rent it.
