Stallone acts! Or at least, Stallone is good in this! Liotta is the best thing in this and Keitel and DeNiro are... Keitel and DeNiro. Excellent film making the most of its top drawer cast. Things simmer nicely until the end which, though explosive, doesn't carry the weight of what preceeded it.
