Starts out really good with a interesting premise, a couple of good ol boys, age 10, steal a cop car for a harmless joy ride. Unfortunately they stole the wrong cop car from worst officer on force... Hilarity ensues in the deadliest way possible.
FINAL JUDGEMENT: meh.
