'Cooties' is a horror-comedy that is far more comedy than horror, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's got a great ensemble cast that brings so much energy and likability to a merely passable script, and that alone is worthy of commendation.
Hell, it even manages to slap a few horror tropes in the face, and that's always fun.
