Cooley High is about teenagers in Chicago in the mid 60s running amok and having fun. it is funny and fun to watch with a great soundtrack, but it took a turn for serious towards the end which honestly killed my buzz.
it did not by any means make it a bad movie; it just made the difference for me between sending it back to Netflix and burning a copy first.
