This is one of those movies that every person should be required to watch because it shows endurance and the power of the human spirit.

Luke doesn't like rules and regulations and he isn't about to adhere to any of them. No matter how many times he is knocked down he will always climb to his feet. That is a quality that is rarely found in anyone and is easy to admire. You too will grow to admire and look up to Cool Hand Luke too if you give this a look. Its a true classic.

And who could turn down those piercing blue eyes!
