Review of Cool Hand Luke (1967) by James J — 06 Jan 2010
A really... organic... tale of resilience, especially in the context of "the system." Everything just feels real here, and that's largely due to the great acting (Newman is particularly impressive) and great writing.
Who knew an egg-eating wager could be so compelling? Great film.
