Review of Coogan's Bluff (1968) by Zack B — 21 Aug 2010
Man oh Man, that Eastwood is one smooth operator. This is a great role for Eastwood and the story allows him to kick ass, get all the ladies, defy orders, do his own thing, and wear a cowboy hat. What's better than that? Coogan is the understudy of Dirty Harry, easily.
Donny Siegel must have already been thinking of Dirty Harry while making this.
