Review of Conviction (2010) by Steve P — 27 Feb 2011
A true story of a woman named Betty Anne and her brother Kenny, who's been accused and sentenced for murder. Betty decides to prove he was innocent by spending all her free time gathering evidence to prove he was innocent.
Uncovering the real facts takes years, but eventually a breakthrough in the use of DNA evidence gives hope for Betty's quest. After dedicating 18 years of her life and putting her self through law school she proves his innocence by overturning the murder conviction with the help of best friend Abra Rice.
Good film.
