Review of Conviction (2010) by Elizabeth D — 19 Dec 2011

I went into this expecting something completely heartwarming and inspirational. What I got instead was the story of how a few terrible people can ruin a lot of lives, with the moral that it takes an unhealthy obsession and a lot of good luck to bring about even a small semblance of justice.

With that said, it's a painfully real story that nonetheless has a very sweet ending, and I'm glad I came along for the ride.
